Three Things Reshaping Clark County

A New Zoning Map Is Already in Effect
The city’s Comprehensive Plan, adopted June 1 and effective July 31, plans for 81,000 new residents, 38,000 new homes, and 43,000 new jobs by 2045. Your property’s zoning designation may have changed along with it.

The I-5 Bridge Is Moving, and Tolls Are Coming
The Interstate Bridge Replacement is officially under construction. Tolling is expected to run $1.55 to $4.70 per crossing, adding $60 to $200 a month for daily commuters once it starts.
